Arlene obtained her LLB degree at the University of South Africa and passed the University of Cape Town’s School for Legal Practice with distinction. She completed her period of community service at the Cape Town Legal Aid Board where she specialised in criminal, immigration and refugee litigation. She is accustomed to representing numerous clients from all different walks of life, she is an all round criminal litigator and has conducted numerous trials and bail applications with exceptional success rates.
